Ingredients

Scale
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 package frozen tater tots (32 ounces)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare Tater Tots
Preheat the oven according to the tater tot package directions. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat it with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the tater tots in an even layer and bake as instructed on the package.
  2. Make Ranch Sauce
While the tater tots bake, whisk together the sour cream and ranch dressing in a small bowl. Set the mixture aside.
  3. Add Cheese
Once the tater tots are baked, set the oven to broil. Sprinkle the shredded Mexican-style cheese evenly over the top of the tater tots. Return the baking sheet to the oven and broil for 3–4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Garnish and Serve
Remove the tater tots from the oven. Drizzle the prepared ranch sauce over the top, then sprinkle with the chopped bacon and sliced green onions.
  5. Serve
Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy this indulgent dish with family or friends!
