Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef lil smokies sausages
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, sliced
  • 5-6 pepperoncini peppers
  • 2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice

Instructions

Place the lil smokies in a slow cooker.

Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the smokies.

Add the sliced butter on top.

Place the pepperoncini peppers over the smokies and pour in the pepperoncini juice.

Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through and the flavors have blended.

Stir gently before serving.
