Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt or soft-serve ice cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ½ cup strawberry sauce or puree
  • 1 cup granola
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the strawberry sauce by blending half of the sliced strawberries until smooth; set aside.
  • In each parfait glass, spoon a layer of strawberry sauce.
  • Add a layer of vanilla frozen yogurt on top of the sauce.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt.
  • Arrange a few fresh strawberry slices on the granola.
  • Add another layer of frozen yogurt.
  • Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of remaining strawberry sauce.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and extra strawberry slices, if desired.
  • Serve immediately or freeze for 10 minutes for a firmer texture.
