  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside.
