- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 bag (9.75 oz) nacho cheese Doritos, crushed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh chopped cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, Rotel, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add 1 cup of shredded cheese to the mixture and stir well.
- Spread half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Pour the chicken mixture over the Dorito layer and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining crushed Doritos, then sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions if desired. Serve warm.
